Richard Gordon

Personal Trainer

I have been in the fitness industry for a number of yeas, expanding my knowledge so it can be passed on to others. I specialise in martial arts – (British & European Champion and World Championship Medalist), Sports massage therapy, seated exercises for the elderly, plyometric training (sports specific), weight training and general health and fitness.

I am very passionate about my training and get great satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals! I train clients from the age of 5 – 90+ years.

Personal Trainer

I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. With the 10 years experience working in the fitness industry I have worked with clients from ages 8 – 103 to help them improve their fitness and quality of life.

As a personal trainer I educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to empower them to make the most of their abilities: through knowledge, direction and encouragement.
